Pay: $17.50 per hour


Hours: Training: Monday - Friday 3pm to 1:30am

As a Shaving Line Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflows. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to meet and exceed production goals while adhering to safety standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Shaving Line Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating packaging equipment such as bagging, baler machines, shrink wrap machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers efficiently and safely.
  • Performing quality inspections on bags to ensure proper seals and packaging standards are met.
  • Assisting in other production areas as needed to support seamless operations and meet daily targets.
  • Moving finished pallets with a forklift to designated stacking areas.
  • Using skid steers or front-end loaders to load feed bins and ensure smooth material handling.
  • Supporting Shift Leads with pellet mill operations, including identifying and reporting material or moisture issues.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as greasing mills, changing or sharpening blades, and troubleshooting minor repairs to minimize downtime.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 40–70 lb bags regularly.
  • Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as chainsaws.
  • Strong attention to safety procedures and attention to detail.
