Dynamic Manufacturing Role — Urgently Hiring Press Operators in Albany, OR!

Job Title: Press Operators — Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18-20/hour
Hours: 6AM-4:30PM Mon-Thurs to start, then transitioning to swing shift (4PM-2:30AM) after initial training
Start Date: ASAP

As a Press Operator, you’ll:
  • Operate a variety of presses, manual lathes, and related machinery to produce precision metal components.
  • Use grinders, belt sanders, and disc sanders to finish parts to specifications.
  • Employ precision measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and other hand tools to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist with setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to uphold safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience operating presses or similar manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely (training provided if needed).
  • Proficiency with measuring tools for quality control.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.

Location & Schedule:
This is an on-site role based in Albany, OR. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, with an initial shift of 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM during training.
