Job Title: Night Shift Production Worker
Pay: $20.50/hour ($17.50 base + $3.00 shift differential)
Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM (Sunday night through Friday morning), with occasional overtime

As a Night Shift Production Worker, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining production flow and quality, ensuring that products meet specifications and clients’ expectations. You’ll work closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly during the overnight hours, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

What You’ll Do:
  • Verify that products match the production schedule and specifications.
  • Continuously monitor product quality during production.
  • Safely and efficiently retrieve products from the line.
  • Manually transfer products for post-processing as needed.
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot post-processing equipment.
  • Report any out-of-spec products or equipment issues promptly.
  • Pack and palletize finished products according to schedule.
  • Stack pallets up to 104 inches high using a step platform.
  • Accurately track production counts to ensure consistent output.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Comfort working overnight shifts and in a warm warehouse environment.
  • Strong attendance record, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift, stack, and move products throughout the night.
  • Good attention to detail and physical capability to perform the necessary tasks.
