Job Title: Packaging Production Laborer
Pay: $18.20 per hour, increasing to $23.22 after 90 days (includes a $0.20 shift differential)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1 PM - 9 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:
As a Packaging Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating a forklift to load trucks and boxcars while moving materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Handling packaging equipment, including Hamer, Wulftech, and robotic packaging systems.
  • Starting and stopping conveyors to ensure smooth product flow.
  • Filling jumbo bags using gates and conveyors effectively.
  • Utilizing a propane heat gun for shrink-wrap packaging.
  • Completing weekly and monthly inventory counts accurately.
  • Tallying products bagged and shipped with precision.
  • Performing repetitive tasks such as bagging and palletizing.
  • Conducting general cleanup duties, including shoveling and cleaning hoppers.
  • Assisting team members with additional tasks as necessary.
  • Completing special projects or duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Forklift experience (required)
  • Strong communication skills with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Basic math skills at a high school level.
  • The ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding work.

  • A professional demeanor at all times.
