We are looking for a Production Laborer to work for a leading production company in Roseburg, Oregon's Green District!
The Production Laborer will play an essential role in supporting daily production by moving materials, operating basic equipment (after training), and keeping a clean, safe work area
The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment.

As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Load/unload and stage materials and finished product.
- Operate hand/power tools and basic production equipment (after training).
- Follow work orders and instructions; perform simple quality checks.
- Maintain housekeeping (sweep, sort, dispose of scrap).
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse/production or forklift experience a plus (not required).
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Forklift certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
