Job Title: Production Laborer
Pay: $20/hr to start, increasing to $22.15/hr after roughly 90 days
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (start times and end times may vary with the time of year)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the manufacturing process. You will work closely with a supportive team that values quality and safety, making an impact every day.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating chainsaws, planers, drills, gainers, and branders to frame utility wood poles.
  • Fire wrapping poles to ensure quality and durability.
  • Cleaning up wood cuts, shavings, and debris to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Loading and unloading materials to prepare for production.
  • Performing repetitive tasks in outdoor weather conditions.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years of construction experience.
  • The ability to stand for 8 hours and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Experience utilizing hand tools such as drills, gainers, peaveys, chainsaws, and hammers.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Roseburg, OR, offering a day shift from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed (must be flexible with start times, as they change with the time of year).
