Job Title: General Laborer
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various production functions and ensuring smooth operations within the facility. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that matter!

What You’ll Do:
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing steel on an iron worker to support manufacturing processes.
  • Operating a drill press to facilitate component creation.
  • Assembling and cleaning aluminum parts using tools such as drills and grinders.
  • Preparing raw materials by removing plastic coverings from pieces.
  • Packaging finished products for shipment and distribution.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
  • Performing various other shop tasks as assigned by supervisors.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Strong knowledge of hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, sanders, and saws.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Capacity to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently while enduring extended standing durations.
  • A strong desire to advance into roles such as fabrication, welding, or machine operation is a significant plus!
