Job Title: Metal Fabrication Detailer
Pay: $23.25 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays as needed)

As a Metal Fabrication Detailer, you’ll play a crucial role in preparing materials for fabrication and production, supporting our commitment to sustainability and precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
As a Metal Fabrication Detailer, you will be responsible for:
  • Grinding and sanding rust from assigned materials to prepare them for fabrication.
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Inspecting finished materials to ensure they meet quality and training standards.
  • Supporting the production team through clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Working with multiple departments, leads, and shop supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Following all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Completing required safety training and annual re-certifications.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Location & Schedule:
