Job Title: Restoration Technician
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (On-Call Rotation as Needed)

As a Restoration Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping customers recover from water damage, mold, and other emergencies. You'll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, communication, and going above and beyond to create extraordinary experiences.

What You’ll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with water damage restoration, mold remediation, and emergency board-up services, ensuring each project is completed efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Performing crawl space and attic work as needed to access problem areas safely.
  • Communicating professionally and effectively with customers to keep them informed and reassured.
  • Completing daily job progress reports and documenting restoration activities accurately.
  • Performing basic equipment maintenance to ensure tools are in top condition.
  • Managing and maintaining chemical inventory safely and responsibly.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency response and support.
  • Maintaining tools, materials, and the organization of company vehicles for optimal efficiency.
  • Supporting basic building maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong math skills for measuring and mixing chemicals accurately.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • A strong work ethic and a team-first mentality focused on delivering excellent service.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
