What You'll Do:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming client calls professionally and courteously, providing excellent customer service

- Receiving, reviewing, and processing client documents with strict attention to detail
- Scheduling client appointments and coordinating calendars efficiently
- Maintaining organized physical and electronic filing systems to ensure quick access to information
- Supporting financial advisors and team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Handling sensitive financial and personal information with confidentiality and integrity
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior administrative experience, preferably within financial services or a professional office environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, office software, and data entry
- Experience with office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and phones
