Order Picker — Urgently hiring in Creswell, OR!

Job Title: Order Picker
Pay: $21.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration:  Approx 60-90 days

As an Order Picker, you’ll be responsible for efficiently selecting and packing products, ensuring smooth operations in a lively, innovative facility. Your role will be key to maintaining organization and safety while supporting the production process.

What You’ll Do


As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for:
  • Order picking and packing items accurately and efficiently
  • Following a pick list to fulfill order requirements
  • Organizing materials on carts for production readiness
  • Maintaining 5S standards to ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment
  • Auditing and tracking inventory daily to support accurate stock levels

What You’ll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior warehouse, order fulfillment, or distribution experience (preferred)
  • Pride in delivering quality work and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and ask questions when needed
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • A passion for the sport of golf is a plus, but not required

Location & Schedule:


This position is on-site in Creswell, OR, and offers a Monday through Friday shift from 7:00AM to 3:30PM.
