Job Title: Packager 3rd Shift
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (must be willing to work any day of the week)

As a Packager, you'll play a vital role in preparing products for shipment, ensuring that each item is accurately packed, labeled, and ready for distribution while helping maintain production flow and upholding the company’s high standards for packaging and food safety.

What You’ll Do:
As a Packager, you will be responsible for:
  • Repacking boxes and bags of products for mixed-case shipments.
  • Placing bags or boxes of cereal into shipping cartons.
  • Counting and verifying the correct number of units per case.
  • Stacking boxes and pallets efficiently for transport.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout your shift.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • The ability to lift 35–50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to commit to a consistent overnight schedule.
  • A reliability and teamwork mindset essential for success in production settings.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, with a regular schedule of Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Flexibility to work additional days as needed is required.
