Pay: $20 - $21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, during normal business hours

As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing accurate and timely payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You’ll collaborate closely with HR and Accounting, acting as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries.
What You’ll Do:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Gathering and validating employee payroll information, including personal details and tax elections.
  • Reviewing, tracking, and reconciling employee timekeeping data to ensure accuracy.
  • Processing and submitting payroll for approximately 80-100 employees through an external payroll provider.
  • Maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential payroll records.
  • Providing coverage support for reception, accounting, and other administrative duties as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous payroll experience or a background in payroll support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
