Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Pay: $20–$25/hour (negotiable for candidates with over 5 years of experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a key member of the team, you’ll contribute to fabricating high-quality metal components and advancing your skills in precision metalwork. You’ll work closely with supervisors to ensure production standards are met efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate a press brake machine to bend and form diverse metal parts according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine precise measurements and requirements.
  • Measure, inspect, and verify parts to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Select and set up appropriate tooling, dyes, and machine parameters based on job needs.
  • Handle and work with heavier gauge materials, generally 0.25" thick or more, ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on the press brake to minimize downtime.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake, preferably with thick or heavier gauge metals.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints, tape measures, and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of bending radii, tooling setups, and dye selection.
  • Ability to work with materials 0.25" thick or heavier.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy materials safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
