Job Title: Press Operator
Pay: $17.87/hour
Hours: 2:30PM - 1:30AM Monday - Thursday
Start Date: ASAP

As a Press Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality metal parts, helping to keep production flowing smoothly. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure everything runs efficiently and safely, contributing directly to the company's success.

What You'll Do

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Running press machinery to produce precision metal parts that meet customer specifications
  • Boxing finished parts, ensuring correct boxes, labels, and pallet quantities are used
  • Following safety protocols and quality standards during operation
  • Performing ongoing training to operate different press machines effectively
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety

What You'll Bring

  • Repetitive lifting ability of 20-30 lbs
  • Experience or interest in production or manufacturing environments
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality

This position is on-site in Springfield, OR, and offers a swing shift from 2:30PM to 1:30AM, Monday through Thursday.
