Job Title: Print House Associate
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Print House Associate, you’ll play a vital role in pre-press preparation, file setup, and print production support, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional visual results from concept to final output.

What You’ll Do
As a Print House Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and reviewing digital files for print production using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Performing essential pre-press setup, including file formatting, proofing, and color checks.
  • Ensuring files meet press specifications and production requirements.
  • Working with a variety of print substrates (paper, vinyl, specialty materials, etc.).
  • Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot file and production issues.
  • Maintaining accurate job documentation and production records.
  • Supporting press operators and finishing teams as needed.
  • Following established quality control and production workflows.
  • Keeping a clean, organized, and efficient print workspace.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required).
  • Prior pre-press experience in a print or production environment.
  • Familiarity with a range of print substrates and print processes.
  • A Graphic Design degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to print accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
