Production Associate — Urgently hiring  Production Associate in Bend, Oregon!

Job Title: Production Associate
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Swing, Monday through Thurs Through the End of June
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining an efficient workflow. You'll work closely with your team to produce high-quality goods, contribute to process improvements, and uphold safety and sanitation protocols every day.

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating specialized assembly machinery with precision and strict adherence to safety standards.
  • Conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure the integrity of every product.
  • Handling and loading components to maintain a steady, uninterrupted production flow.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating timely material replenishment.
  • Accurately documenting production output, machine settings, and quality checks in company systems.
  • Following sanitation protocols to keep the work area clean and contamination-free.
  • Performing routine cleaning and changing over equipment between production runs to maximize efficiency.
