Job Title: Production Operator (Flame Polisher)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Operator, you'll be vital in the finishing department, ensuring components are smoothly finished and ready for the next step in production. You'll work closely with your team to maintain quality standards and safety protocols, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.

What You'll Do


As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • • Operating a small oxygen-powered flame torch safely to finish components
  • • Smoothing rough edges and imperfections to meet quality standards
  • • Preparing finished parts efficiently for the next stage in production
  • • Inspecting work pieces closely to ensure consistent smoothness
  • • Keeping the work area clean and following strict safety procedures for torch operation
  • • Meeting daily production goals in a focused, fast-paced environment

What You’ll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • • Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred (experience with torches, soldering, or detail-oriented hand work is a plus)
  • • High level of hand-eye coordination and excellent dexterity
  • • Strong attention to detail, quality control, and a safety-first mindset
  • • Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for an 8-hour shift
  • • Dependable attendance and punctuality
