Job Title: Production Worker - Pressing Department
Pay: $17.75/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Production Worker - Pressing Dept, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily production process. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and maintaining quality standards, supporting the company’s commitment to excellence each day.
What You'll Do
As a Production Worker in the pressing department, you will be responsible for:
- Extracting soy compounds from industrial mixers and sifting the mixture through filtering cloths.
- Operating industrial pressing machines to extract soy from the filtered mixture.
- Receiving raw materials and ensuring proper batch processing.
- Administering initial Koji preparation for fermentation.
- Tracking raw material utilization and maintaining accurate lot tracking for intermediate and final products.
- Sampling work-in-progress items for quality control purposes.
- Moving press cages between press areas during operation to ensure continuous workflow.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
?CONSISTENT work history
People who have experience in physical industries/jobs - all forms of construction, lawn/tree companies, other manufacturing (more than production line-need to be mechanically inclined), previous military, firefighting, breweries, and wineries are good candidates for this position
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work around wheat, soy, and salt, with proper safety precautions.
- Comfort working at heights above 10 feet within an enclosed workspace.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- No formal certifications required; hands-on manufacturing or food production experience is a plus.
