Location: Harrisburg, OR
Pay: $32.93–$37.95/hour ($68,500–$78,900 annually)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Weekdays

Are you an experienced Quality Control professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Selectemp is recruiting a Quality Control Manager for an established concrete manufacturing company in Harrisburg, Oregon!

What You'll Do
As the Quality Control Manager, you'll oversee daily quality operations while working closely with production, engineering, and company leadership.
  • Lead and coordinate the Quality Control team, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure products and manufacturing processes meet PCI and ASTM quality standards.
  • Oversee inspections, testing procedures, documentation, and quality records.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Develop, test, and adjust concrete mix designs, including self-consolidating concrete (SCC).
  • Coordinate with outside inspectors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Troubleshoot quality issues and oversee corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in precast/prestressed concrete, materials testing, or construction inspection.
  • PCI Level III Quality Certification or ability to obtain within 3 years.
  • Relevant ACI or DOT credentials.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and quality control software.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
