Job Title: Quality Inspector
Pay: $22 - $28 per hour
Hours: Swing Shift Monday - Thursday 3:45PM - 2:15AM. Will train 4-6 weeks on Day shift 
Start Date: ASAP

As a Quality Inspector, you'll support production by conducting detailed inspections of machined and forged components, using precision measuring tools and CMM equipment. You'll collaborate with quality and production teams to identify issues, verify conformity, and uphold the high standards your company stands for.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting inspections of machined and forged products using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMM equipment
• Completing First Part Inspections and carefully documenting inspection results
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T drawings, and Bills of Materials
• Performing visual inspections and identifying defects according to quality standards
• Supporting development and improvement of inspection techniques and plans
• Assisting with calibration activities and maintaining calibration systems
• Communicating inspection findings clearly and providing input on product acceptance decisions
• Maintaining organized inspection records and documentation
• Supporting production and quality teams as needed

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience working and running CMM's in a machine shop environment preferred
• Proficiency with various hand tools for inspection (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
• Ability to pass an eye exam, with corrective lenses (required for inspection accuracy)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
