Pay: $18-20/hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound phone calls professionally and routing them to the appropriate staff members
• Taking detailed, accurate messages for department leadership and staff
• Collecting public payments securely via checks and credit cards using a Square point-of-sale terminal
• Greeting visitors and community members with a warm, courteous attitude
• Assisting with basic data entry, filing, and general office organization tasks
• Supporting light accounting tasks if prior experience is available

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with customer service, retail, or front desk roles
• Familiarity with multi-line phones and standard office equipment
• Basic knowledge of card processing systems such as Square is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, community-focused attitude
• Good organizational habits and teamwork spirit
