What You'll Do
As a Residential Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Installing bathtubs, cabinets, flooring, and interior trim with attention to detail.
  • Hanging, taping, and finishing drywall to a paint-ready level, ensuring smooth walls.
  • Completing basic framing and light carpentry tasks as needed to support project progress.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints or project layouts to assist with construction tasks.
  • Working independently and collaboratively to complete projects on schedule.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site for optimal productivity.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling.
  • Proven skills in drywall, framing, drywall taping, and general carpentry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
  • Certifications in OSHA or related safety training are a plus.
