Job Title: Roofing Crew Lead
Pay: $27.00/hr + DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Hours may vary depending on weather and project needs)

What You'll Do:
As a Roofing Crew Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising and coordinating residential roof tear-offs, repairs, replacements, and installations.
  • Leading and mentoring crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Reading and interpreting project specifications and ensuring work aligns with plans.
  • Conducting daily safety meetings and enforcing safety protocols to keep all team members secure.
  • Managing material staging, equipment use, and overall job site organization.
  • Communicating with project managers, inspectors, and homeowners to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Performing final quality inspections before project completion to guarantee customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 3+ years of roofing experience, including leadership or crew lead responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and installation methods.
  • Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability.
  • Experience reading blueprints and work orders.
  • A valid driver’s license; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of job site safety practices and fall protection.
  • Physical ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
