Job Title: Roofing Laborer
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

As a Roofing Laborer, you’ll support experienced roofers on the job site, assisting with various tasks that keep projects moving smoothly. You will play a vital part in ensuring safe, efficient work processes while gaining hands-on experience in the roofing industry.

What You’ll Do
As a Roofing Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting roofers with the installation, repair, and tear-off of roofing systems.
  • Loading and unloading roofing materials such as shingles, underlayment, and flashing.
  • Safely carrying materials and tools up ladders and onto rooftops.
  • Cleaning and preparing roof surfaces for installation or repair.
  • Removing old roofing materials and disposing of debris properly.
  • Supporting measuring, cutting, and staging of materials as directed by supervisors.
  • Operating basic hand tools and roofing equipment under supervision.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Following all safety guidelines and consistently using required PPE.
  • Supporting team members to meet project deadlines and deliver quality work.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to safely climb ladders and work on sloped surfaces.
  • Dependable and hardworking attitude with a focus on safety.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
  • Reliable transportation to Eugene job sites.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance.
