Job Title: Roofing Sales Canvasser
Pay: $21.00 per hour + performance bonuses (Earn $50 per qualified lead and $150 per closed deal)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Sales Canvasser, you’ll connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events, sharing essential information about our free roof inspections and maintenance services. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team while earning steady hourly pay plus bonuses.

What You’ll Do:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser, you will be responsible for:
  • Meeting at the main shop each morning and riding along in a company vehicle to designated canvassing areas.
  • Visiting assigned neighborhoods and community events to engage with homeowners and share information.
  • Discussing free roof inspections and maintenance options with residents.
  • Distributing flyers and collecting accurate contact information for the estimator team.
  • Answering basic questions while representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Working closely with a small, supportive team to meet outreach goals.
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful approach—this role is not about cold selling.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to walk, stand, and work safely outdoors for extended periods.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback.
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • No prior sales experience is required—paid training is provided; however, experience is preferred! Previous work in customer service, retail, reception, food service/hosting, hospitality, etc. very helpful.
