Job Title: Screen Printer — Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18-22/hour DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you will focus on screen printing logos, part numbers, and graphics directly onto metal parts used in industrial and commercial applications. What You'll Do:
As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating silk screen printing equipment for metal parts.
  • Preparing screens, inks, and materials according to job specifications.
  • Inspecting printed parts for clarity, coverage, and defects.
  • Performing screen stretching, screen washing, screen repair, and ink mixing.
  • Following work orders, drawings, and production schedules.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous silk screening and/or screen printing experience (industrial/metal applications preferred, but we welcome candidates with experience in other materials).
  • The ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

This is a temp-to-hire position on-site in McMinnville, OR, with Monday - Friday shifts from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
