Job Title:  Social Media Marketing Manager
Pay: $25/hour 
Hours: Monday – Friday, flexible start time between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our online presence, blending strategic marketing with hands-on content creation to build a loyal, engaged community. Your role will include, but is not limited to: 

  • Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Identify and recruit aligned creators and micro-influencers in health, fitness, nutrition, supplements, and longevity niches using platforms such as Modash.io or similar tools. Build long-term partnerships, manage creator relationships, coordinate UGC campaigns, track performance metrics, and refine strategies to maximize engagement and program success.

  • Outreach & Relationship Management: Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to pitch partnership and revenue-sharing opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, affiliates, and partners, helping them optimize performance and grow mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Analytics, AI & Trend Monitoring: Track key performance metrics including engagement, Social Share of Voice, link clicks, conversions, follower growth, and ROI. Use analytics, AI tools, and trend monitoring to inform strategy, forecast opportunities, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize marketing performance.

  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Manage paid and organic campaigns including Google AdWords, SEO optimization for social content, and CRM-integrated lead tracking. Develop visual assets using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software while supporting cross-channel marketing initiatives.

  • Affiliate Program Management: Oversee daily operations of the affiliate platform, recruit and onboard tiered affiliates and influencers, evaluate applications, and provide partners with marketing resources such as banners, branded content, social media kits, and email templates to support program growth.

  • Campaign & Email Marketing: Plan and manage monthly and annual campaign calendars, coordinating promotional and educational campaigns across channels. Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies through platforms such as Klaviyo, including list management, template design, performance analysis, and compliance monitoring.

What You’ll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Communication & Relationship Building: Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and internal teams.

  • Organization & Initiative: Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, and marketing pipelines while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in social media marketing, account management, influencer or partnership recruitment, and campaign development across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

  • Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills with the ability to create compelling content such as Reels, tutorials, and stories using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar platforms. Skilled in Photoshop for advanced design and Canva for quick visual production.

  • Marketing Technology & Analytics: Proficiency with Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo), A/B testing, and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to drive data-informed marketing decisions.

  • Technical & Creative Fluency: Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, brand voice development, copywriting, and online engagement strategies. Additional skills such as HTML/CSS for website updates, CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), crisis management for online reputation, and multicultural audience awareness are highly valued.
