We’re Hiring a Maintenance Technician!
Join a growing manufacturing team where your technical skills make an immediate impact. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring production equipment runs safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do in This Role:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Repair production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging, grinding, and stacking equipment.

  • Assist with machinery and equipment installation as needed.

  • Perform light steel fabrication, cutting, and welding.

  • Inspect, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure peak performance.

  • Diagnose malfunctions and complete preventive maintenance per schedule.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Previous maintenance experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Physical ability for prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and complete written documentation.

  • Comfortable operating controls and performing basic math functions.

  • Positive, teachable attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
