Pay: $18.50 per hour
Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Start Date: ASAP

Join a wholesome food production facility that specializes in granola, cereal, and flake products as a Warehouse Maintenance Facilities Tech in Eugene, Oregon, and make an impact every day. As a Warehouse Maintenance Facilities Tech, you’ll play a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and safely. You’ll collaborate with maintenance, production, and shipping/receiving teams to support an efficient workflow that aligns with sustainable practices.

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Maintenance Facilities Tech, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting maintenance, production, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assisting with preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, and installations throughout the facility.
  • Accurately reporting data related to preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Identifying and communicating problem areas to management for prompt resolution.
  • Coordinating with departments, vendors, and contractors to support maintenance and sanitation needs.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling shelving and facility fixtures as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least one year of forklift experience (required).
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of common hand tools and power tools.
  • The ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, including overhead lifting and positioning.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
