Job Title: Warehouse and Counter Associate
Pay: $17-$20/hour DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse & Counter Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, helping drive team success, and ensuring a smooth workflow. You'll work closely with the Branch Supervisor and other warehouse crew to deliver high-quality results that keep production running efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse and Counter Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Mixing and tinting paint materials accurately as directed by supplier formulas and chemical measurements
  • Receiving incoming freight, stocking shelves, and ensuring the showroom and warehouse inventory are properly rotated
  • Operating a forklift safely to move, stock, stage, and fulfill shipping and will-call customer orders
  • Completing regular inventory cycle counts and processing dead stock reports to maintain system accuracy
  • Processing customer sales orders and pricing quotes efficiently by phone, email, or in person at the front counter
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with tact, entering data into computer systems, and assisting as a back-up delivery driver as needed

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail counter sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Basic math skills and comfortable using computers for data entry
  • Ability to obtain a forklift certification and willingness to safely handle paint materials and fumes using proper PPE
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently, and stand for the majority of the workday on hard surfaces
